The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU)

THE
LEADER IN
401(k) EDUCATION

for business owners, benefits specialists
and other employer fiduciaries

The Plan Sponsor University exists to support plan sponsors in two essential aspects - firstly, by helping them establish a solid foundation for their retirement plan, and secondly, by defining baseline measures of success for their individual plans.

MISSION AND FOCUS

Incorporate academic research, specifically behavioral finance, into employer-sponsored retirement plans.

TPSU aims to provide concentrated continuing education on established practices and new concepts in retirement plan oversight through interactive and thought-provoking classroom sessions.

TPSU ADJUNCT LECTURERS

Esteemed practitioners within the retirement industry, recognized for their expertise and excellence in the field.

They are top professionals invited to train fiduciaries at TPSU after receiving education through The Retirement Advisor University (TRAU) in collaboration with UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education.

EDUCATIONAL ZONES AND GROWTH

TPSU has Educational Zones, offering a range of in-person, virtual, and hybrid programs.

This expansion is supported by the doubling of their recruiting call center. The growth of TPSU is evident in the significant attendance figures - approximately 10,000 plan sponsors have participated in 550 TPSU programs. These programs represent nearly $725 billion in plan assets and have impacted the retirement benefits of 16 million employees.
