Rebecca is the founder and CMO of 401(k) Marketing, LLC in San Diego, CA. The firm helps retirement plan advisors market their expertise and build long-lasting brand awareness. The company was founded on the idea that retirement plan advisors are specialists and should promote their unique skill set.
With over 15 years of retirement plan experience and an addiction to marketing, Rebecca is skilled at developing clear paths that are simple for plan sponsors, advisors and participants to understand. She is committed to company growth, advisor development and collaborative improvement. Her personality is naturally enthusiastic and she attracts fun, hard-working and ethical professionals.

She lives in San Diego with her family and their fur babies Lola and Rizer. Her hobbies include yoga, cooking, drinking wine, traveling and eating.

Out of the office, Sasha is winging this whole parent thing and loving every second of it. When she can squeeze in a workout, she calls her CrossFit gym her second home. She is a Diet Coke stan and will stand for no Diet Coke slander!

Alex is the Community Marketing Manager at 401(k) Marketing, where he supports content creation, implementation, and strategic planning.
Bringing a fresh perspective and a background in financial services, Alex contributes new ideas and a collaborative spirit to every project. With a passion for design, data, and building cool stuff, he’s eager to learn from the best. He works closely with the team to dive deep into the industry and discover what it takes to make marketing magic happen.

Outside of work, Alex is based in San Diego, where he spends time with friends and his stinky French bulldog Toby. He enjoys pickleball, cooking sessions, and a good game of chess. Once a year, you’ll find him off the grid camping in Big Sur — his happy place.
