In any case, 401(k) Marketing’s liability for damages shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for services rendered.

Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we will work with you to revise content or services to meet your expectations.

Contract Termination: If the contract is terminated early, 50% of the annual contract amount will be due immediately.
Redesign Limits: We offer up to two rounds of content revisions at no extra cost, after which additional fees may apply.
