Client agrees that 401(k) Marketing shall not be liable for:

  • Any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from services provided.

  • Incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue, profits, or goodwill.

  • Any punitive damages.

  • In any case, 401(k) Marketing’s liability for damages shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for services rendered.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the latest modification date noted below.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we will work with you to revise content or services to meet your expectations.

No Refunds: We do not issue refunds, except in cases of billing errors.

Contract Termination: If the contract is terminated early, 50% of the annual contract amount will be due immediately.

Redesign Limits: We offer up to two rounds of content revisions at no extra cost, after which additional fees may apply.
